Your outcome
A personal options card.
Is this a fit?
You can already use the earlier templates and want to think more carefully about planning, observation or coaching. Level does not grant a qualification or clinical scope.
Before you begin
Work through the prompts using a fictional case or your own non-sensitive observations. This is a planning session, not a harder physical workout. Do not include names, medical records or genetic data in the workspace.
Your working brief
- 01
Choose your familiar sequence
Planning prompt
List the positions used: standing, sitting, floor or overhead. Note practical constraints rather than diagnosing limitations.
- 02
Find simpler options
Planning prompt
Use a seated or supported movement you already know when floor access or balance is difficult. Skip a movement instead of forcing a substitute.
- 03
Keep the purpose clear
Planning prompt
Mobility practice should stay comfortable. More range or a longer hold does not automatically make the session better.
- 04
Write your default
Planning prompt
Choose a short set of comfortable options and note when you would ask for professional guidance.
Make it work for you
Use the earlier levels whenever they fit better. Advanced levels add planning and judgment; they do not require harder exercise, restrictive eating or a higher health score.
