Your outcome
A reviewable professional workflow.
Is this a fit?
You can already use the earlier templates and want to think more carefully about planning, observation or coaching. Level does not grant a qualification or clinical scope.
Before you begin
Work through the prompts using a fictional case or your own non-sensitive observations. This is a planning session, not a harder physical workout. Do not include names, medical records or genetic data in the workspace.
Your working brief
- 01
Define the service
Planning prompt
Describe a fictional audience, what support is offered and which problems it does not assess or treat.
- 02
Design the conversation
Planning prompt
Outline intake questions, member choice, routine adjustments and professional referral points. Use minimum necessary information.
- 03
Audit the measurements
Planning prompt
For each metric, state what it can and cannot tell you. Distinguish self-report, device estimates and clinical assessment.
- 04
Review the workflow
Planning prompt
Have a qualified colleague challenge clarity, consent, escalation and follow-up. Record gaps before using any workflow with a real member.
Make it work for you
Use the earlier levels whenever they fit better. Advanced levels add planning and judgment; they do not require harder exercise, restrictive eating or a higher health score.
