Your outcome
A one-variable routine experiment.
Is this a fit?
You can already use the earlier templates and want to think more carefully about planning, observation or coaching. Level does not grant a qualification or clinical scope.
Before you begin
Work through the prompts using a fictional case or your own non-sensitive observations. This is a planning session, not a harder physical workout. Do not include names, medical records or genetic data in the workspace.
Your working brief
- 01
Choose a practical question
Planning prompt
For example: does moving my gentle stretch earlier make it easier to remember? Avoid testing treatments or pushing through symptoms.
- 02
Set the comparison
Planning prompt
Describe your current routine and one change to try for a short period. Keep expectations modest.
- 03
Choose useful observations
Planning prompt
Track convenience, comfort and consistency. Do not claim a cause from a short personal experiment.
- 04
Review without pressure
Planning prompt
Keep, change or stop the routine based on fit. A skipped day or an unhelpful experiment is information, not failure.
Make it work for you
Use the earlier levels whenever they fit better. Advanced levels add planning and judgment; they do not require harder exercise, restrictive eating or a higher health score.
