Your outcome
A short recovery reflection.
Is this a fit?
You can already use the earlier templates and want to think more carefully about planning, observation or coaching. Level does not grant a qualification or clinical scope.
Before you begin
Work through the prompts using a fictional case or your own non-sensitive observations. This is a planning session, not a harder physical workout. Do not include names, medical records or genetic data in the workspace.
Your working brief
- 01
Choose a window
Planning prompt
Look at several ordinary days rather than one unusual day. Keep notes brief and optional.
- 02
Describe your experience
Planning prompt
Record energy, routine demands and whether normal activities feel manageable. Wearable estimates are not diagnoses.
- 03
Look at context
Planning prompt
Consider schedule changes and training demands without assuming a single cause. Avoid interpreting patterns as medical findings.
- 04
Choose the next conversation
Planning prompt
If a concern persists, write a concise question for a clinician or other appropriate professional. Urgent symptoms need timely care, not a longer diary.
Make it work for you
Use the earlier levels whenever they fit better. Advanced levels add planning and judgment; they do not require harder exercise, restrictive eating or a higher health score.
