Your outcome
A seven-day recovery outline.
Is this a fit?
You can already use the earlier templates and want to think more carefully about planning, observation or coaching. Level does not grant a qualification or clinical scope.
Before you begin
Work through the prompts using a fictional case or your own non-sensitive observations. This is a planning session, not a harder physical workout. Do not include names, medical records or genetic data in the workspace.
Your working brief
- 01
Map existing demands
Planning prompt
Write training, work and caring commitments. Notice days where several demands overlap.
- 02
Protect realistic pauses
Planning prompt
Choose time for rest, regular meals and an unhurried wind-down. Avoid treating recovery activities as another intensive workout.
- 03
Choose optional movement
Planning prompt
Add a familiar easy walk or gentle stretch only if it feels appropriate. Rest can replace it.
- 04
Make a fallback
Planning prompt
Write the smallest useful version for a busy day. If fatigue or symptoms persist, seek appropriate guidance rather than stacking more routines.
Make it work for you
Use the earlier levels whenever they fit better. Advanced levels add planning and judgment; they do not require harder exercise, restrictive eating or a higher health score.
