Your outcome
A short keep/change/ask review.
Is this a fit?
You can already use the earlier templates and want to think more carefully about planning, observation or coaching. Level does not grant a qualification or clinical scope.
Before you begin
Work through the prompts using a fictional case or your own non-sensitive observations. This is a planning session, not a harder physical workout. Do not include names, medical records or genetic data in the workspace.
Your working brief
- 01
Choose a comparable block
Planning prompt
Gather notes from a few weeks of a familiar routine. Separate missed sessions from sessions that were completed but difficult.
- 02
Look for patterns
Planning prompt
Compare consistency, effort, technique confidence and recovery. Avoid treating a single good or bad day as a trend.
- 03
Name one variable
Planning prompt
If appropriate, identify one modest change to discuss or test—schedule, repetitions, rest or equipment. Keep other variables stable enough to interpret the result.
- 04
Set a review date
Planning prompt
Write what would make you continue, simplify or stop the change. Record uncertainty rather than forcing a success story.
Make it work for you
Use the earlier levels whenever they fit better. Advanced levels add planning and judgment; they do not require harder exercise, restrictive eating or a higher health score.
