Your outcome
An evidence-and-uncertainty note.
Is this a fit?
You can already use the earlier templates and want to think more carefully about planning, observation or coaching. Level does not grant a qualification or clinical scope.
Before you begin
Work through the prompts using a fictional case or your own non-sensitive observations. This is a planning session, not a harder physical workout. Do not include names, medical records or genetic data in the workspace.
Your working brief
- 01
Write the exact claim
Planning prompt
Choose a public claim and record its source, date and any commercial interest. Do not copy its article into the workspace.
- 02
Find the underlying evidence
Planning prompt
Look for the actual study or guidance. Record the population, comparison, outcome and limitations. An association alone does not show causation.
- 03
Check applicability
Planning prompt
Ask whether the evidence applies to the person, amount, duration and outcome being advertised. A study of a nutrient does not automatically validate a branded supplement.
- 04
Decide what remains unknown
Planning prompt
Summarize what the source supports and what it does not. Do not turn a claim review into a personal supplement prescription.
Make it work for you
Use the earlier levels whenever they fit better. Advanced levels add planning and judgment; they do not require harder exercise, restrictive eating or a higher health score.
