Your outcome
A professional nutrition-plan design brief.
Is this a fit?
You can already use the earlier templates and want to think more carefully about planning, observation or coaching. Level does not grant a qualification or clinical scope.
Before you begin
Work through the prompts using a fictional case or your own non-sensitive observations. This is a planning session, not a harder physical workout. Do not include names, medical records or genetic data in the workspace.
Your working brief
- 01
Define scope and evidence
Planning prompt
Choose a fictional use case, intended user and professional boundaries. List the evidence and missing inputs needed for an individualized plan.
- 02
Design for everyday use
Planning prompt
Outline meals, substitutions, access constraints and preparation routines. Distinguish examples from any calculations that would require professional assessment.
- 03
Challenge the assumptions
Planning prompt
Explain why a gene result or a marketing claim alone cannot settle an individual meal or supplement decision. Record alternative explanations and uncertainty.
- 04
Set review ownership
Planning prompt
Name the type of qualified professional responsible for assessment and updates, how consent would work and when the plan must be reviewed. No actual prescription or DNA upload is created.
Make it work for you
Use the earlier levels whenever they fit better. Advanced levels add planning and judgment; they do not require harder exercise, restrictive eating or a higher health score.
